Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex technology projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills to ensure successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management, including scoping, requirements elicitation, and requirements management for complex initiatives.
  • Apply strategic thinking to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate meetings, conduct interviews, and prepare formal documentation and presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Utilize Agile methodologies and tools to drive project execution and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrates mastery in independently applying strategic thinking, scoping, requirements elicitation, and requirements management to complex projects.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills; facilitation, interview, formal document writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in one or many Agile-based tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub Enterprise server, Trello, etc.
  • Knowledge in Azure and the SDLC
  • Proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Software Engineering experience (Required).
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
