The Business Intelligence an will design and develop compelling visualizations to present complex datasets in simple, intuitive formats for congressional and executive leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine visualizations.

This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visualizations to present complex datasets in simple, intuitive formats.
- Create recurring and ad-hoc visual reports (charts, graphs, tables) for congressional and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine visualizations iteratively.
- Integrate visualization products into strategic and tactical decision-making reports.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience.
- 5+ years in data visualization or related field.
- Expertise in COTS visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, SAP Lumira) and custom tools (D3, HTML, JavaScript).
- Experience with ERP transactional and analytical data models.
