teams in delivering enterprise Agile projects. This role requires close collaboration with product owners to define roadmaps, manage backlogs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions using Agile best practices. A strong background in Agile project delivery, team management, and stakeholder engagement is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver multiple Agile projects simultaneously, removing blockers to maintain delivery velocity.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define product roadmaps and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Prioritize and groom product backlogs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams including developers, testers, and business analysts.
- Oversee Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Ensure testing and quality assurance benchmarks are met throughout the SDLC.
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve delivery processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Agile project management experience.
- Must possess an active IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.Proven experience delivering Agile projects using methodologies like Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
- Hands-on experience in managing product backlogs and writing/refining user stories.
- Experience in managing full Agile project lifecycle with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (required).
- Certified PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent (required).
- Familiarity or experience with SAP/HANA 4 and/or OneStream is a strong plus.
