The SAP Business Objects Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data connections, universes, reports, and dashboards to support business analytics and KPIs. Job Summary:
The SAP Business Objects Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data connections, universes, reports, and dashboards to support business analytics and KPIs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions using the SAP Business Objects suite (e.g., Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, Lumira).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test data models, universes, and complex analytical queries.
- Create and optimize reports, dashboards, and visualizations to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with performance criteria.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to reporting and data consumption.
- Lead or support testing activities (e.g., unit testing, UAT) and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Maintain documentation for designs, processes, and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Eight (8) years of SAP BusinessObjects development experience
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field required.
- SAP Certified Application Professional - SAP Business Objects.
- Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP BI/BO integration.
- Experience with DAAS, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture is a plus.
