Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve planning and delivering a broad range of IT customer support services including installation, configuration, diagnostics, end-user training, and troubleshooting of hardware/software systems. The successful candidate will also contribute to operational process improvement, maintain support documentation, and may support the eProcurement system(s).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver technical support for hardware, software, and IT services to end users remotely.
Diagnose and resolve IT issues based on incident reports, service tickets, or direct user requests.
Maintain and update a centralized problem tracking database.
Perform installations, upgrades, backups, recovery, and general maintenance of systems.
Consult with users to identify computing needs and provide solutions tailored to business processes.
Develop training documentation and conduct IT training sessions for end users.
Analyze support trends to identify and address recurring technical issues.
Apply cybersecurity policies and best practices rigorously in all IT operations.
May support development and maintenance of eProcurement platforms and systems.
Minimum Requirements:
Six (6) years of progressive experience in Information Processing, including:
Three (3) years specialized in Information Processing across diverse hardware/software environments.
Two (2) years of hands-on experience with hardware/software installation, issue resolution, and user training.
Must have a favorable Tier 3 (T3)/NACLC background investigation at the time of proposal.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience deploying dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate and PowerApps.
Hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Online integration and customizations.
Understanding of APIs and their use in low-code/no-code platforms within M365 ecosystem.

Experience working in federal or government IT support environments is a plus.
