Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OneStream Platform Developer to join our finance digital transformation team in support of the Defense. This role will be instrumental in leading the design, build, migration, and testing of OneStream applications with a focus on financial close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing the OneStream platform and a solid understanding of financial systems and Agile delivery methods.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OneStream Platform Developer to join our finance digital transformation team in support of the Defense. This role will be instrumental in leading the design, build, migration, and testing of OneStream applications with a focus on financial close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing the OneStream platform and a solid understanding of financial systems and Agile delivery methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of OneStream applications.
- Configure OneStream core components:
- Cubes, Dimensions, Hierarchies, Templates, Reports
- Workflows, Data Sources, Transformation Rules, Business Rules, Calculations
- Dashboards, Data Management Sequences, Security
- Support the migration and testing phases, ensuring robust performance and accurate financial outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including the CFO, DCFO, and J8 Finance leadership to align platform capabilities with strategic financial goals.
- Drive efficiencies and automation to support the transformation to an “Autonomous Finance” model.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and apply Agile and SDLC methodologies throughout project phases.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on OneStream development experience.
- 2+ years of practical experience in IT management within industry, government, or consulting.
- Active IT-II (Non-Critical Sensitive) security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) clearance at time of proposal submission.
- Strong understanding of financial systems with a background in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering solutions within Agile frameworks and a deep understanding of SDLC concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Lead Architect or Certified Associate Administration Certification
- ITIL v3 Certification
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with financial close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
