Job Summary
The Project Manager will lead the Modernization and Enterprise Transformation DevOps Support project for the Federal Government client. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of project objectives, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of services related to eCommerce and catalog systems. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate between various stakeholders and manage a diverse team of IT professionals.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead program kick-off meetings and prepare monthly status reports.
  • Maintain project management portals and documentation.
  • Ensure operational readiness during transitions in and out of services.
  • Oversee system operations, site reliability, and agile software development.
  • Manage user training, support, and application enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with GSA leadership, contractors, and team members.
  • Facilitate meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Must be willing to obtain Public Trust Clearance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly within IT or government contracting environments.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $150,000.
