Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee O&M and DM&E initiatives across large-scale federal IT systems.
- Provide strategic technical guidance to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project leadership.
- Manage, plan, and execute modernization roadmaps, ensuring alignment with federal standards and client goals.
- Oversee system stability, incident resolution, performance optimization, and enhancement activities.
- Ensure compliance with federal policies, security requirements, and established best practices.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to translate needs into actionable solutions.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products.
- Mentor technical team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in the relevant technical or functional area.
- 3+ years of experience supporting federal IT programs of similar size and complexity.
- Demonstrated success in delivering IT modernization outcomes, solutions, and industry best practices.
- Strong understanding of federal architecture, governance, processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience managing large-scale O&M or modernization programs within government environments.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem‑solving skills.
- Relevant certifications preferred: AWS, ISTQB certifications
