Job Summary:
The P&A Lead Management Analyst will support planning and analysis (P&A) functions by applying government and industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include conducting organizational assessments, designing systems and procedures, performing work simplification studies, and developing operations manuals to support executive decision-making. This role combines program analysis with management consulting to drive continuous improvement across IT and administrative domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead organizational studies and operational evaluations to improve performance.
  • Design and implement systems, processes, and procedural documentation.
  • Conduct work measurement and simplification studies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and manuals to support management decisions.
  • Serve as SME in P&A-related activities, ensuring alignment with industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of IT experience in a lead or subject matter expert (SME) capacity.
  • Certification in at least one of the following: CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, RCSP, or MCITP/MCSE.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with federal or DoD programs and operational environments.
