Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Subject Matter Specialist to provide high-level functional systems analysis, integration, and support for a Department of Defense (DoD) procurement environment. This role requires expertise in DoD contracting processes and procurement systems to ensure compliance, seamless operations, and effective implementation of acquisition-related applications. The specialist will support end-users by troubleshooting, resolving complex issues, and contributing to system enhancements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this role.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, and Tier II support for DoD procurement systems.
  • Analyze, design, and integrate business processes within a procurement-to-payment (P2P) environment.
  • Ensure compliance with DoD acquisition, finance, and procurement policies.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities for system updates.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to simplify complex technical concepts for end-users.

Skills Required:
  • Clearance: Active secret clearance is required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in DoD contracting as a GS-1102-12 or equivalent position.
  • In-depth knowledge of DoD procurement and acquisition processes.
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Target salary range: $80,000 - $95,000
