Job Summary:
The Requirements Analyst supports the development of OneStream use cases and business requirements using Agile methodology. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define, refine, and validate requirements through user stories, product backlogs, and test cases to drive digital transformation in financial management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to develop user stories and use cases aligned with DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) and Federal Financial Management System Requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define key metrics and technical performance requirements.
- Build and manage the product backlog and sprint backlog for financial system transformation projects.
- Design and develop solutions addressing stakeholder needs by analyzing available data sources and creating wireframe dashboards.
- Conduct iterative testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for developed use cases.
- Support deployment and end-user rollout of use cases, ensuring alignment with OneStream implementation goals.
- Facilitate meetings, demonstrations, and onboarding sessions for transitioning legacy solutions to OneStream.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in requirements gathering, user story development, or Agile project participation.
- Prior experience in a financial systems environment or supporting ERP transformations is preferred.
- Must possess or be eligible for a Secret security clearance.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience with use case development, backlogs, and test case creation
- Familiarity with OneStream or other enterprise financial platforms
- Ability to design and interpret wireframes and interactive dashboards
- Knowledge of DoD BEA 11.2 or higher and Federal Financial Management standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and collaborative tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar)
