We are seeking experienced TOC Shift Supervisors to lead and manage technical operations center activities supporting enterprise network infrastructure. In this role, you will analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate LAN, WAN, and Internet systems to ensure network availability and performance. You will serve as a subject matter expert and lead a team in maintaining operational stability with minimal interruptions, contributing to 24/7 shift-based mission support.

In this role, you will analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate LAN, WAN, and Internet systems to ensure network availability and performance. You will serve as a subject matter expert and lead a team in maintaining operational stability with minimal interruptions, contributing to 24/7 shift-based mission support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead network analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation of LAN/WAN/Internet systems
- Supervise shift-based operational support within a Technical Operations Center (TOC)
- Perform ongoing maintenance and monitoring to ensure optimal network performance
- Identify and resolve connectivity issues, escalating complex incidents as needed
- Coordinate with engineering teams to implement network changes and updates
- Maintain shift logs, incident reports, and system documentation
- Ensure compliance with enterprise IT policies, security protocols, and service standards
- Act as the primary point of contact during assigned shifts for all TOC operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience serving as a lead or subject matter expert
- Certification in at least one of the following: CCIE, CCNP, CISSP, RCSP, or MCITP/MCSE
- Proven experience supporting and maintaining large-scale network systems
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage critical incidents under pressure and coordinate response efforts
- Familiarity with enterprise network tools, monitoring systems, and ITSM platforms
