Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior or SME-level Software Developer to lead efforts in automation, orchestration, and AIOps solutions. This role focuses on designing and developing custom software applications and utilities that optimize operational efficiency and align with enterprise technology strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full lifecycle software development and a proven ability to deliver successful deployments in complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of software for automation and orchestration platform
  • Analyze user needs and build software solutions to improve system performance and business outcomes
  • Create and modify general applications and specialized utility programs
  • Customize software solutions for specific client use cases and environments
  • Support database integration and development within application ecosystems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of AIOps capabilities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed
  • Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture and security requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience as a lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in software development
  • Demonstrated track record of successful software development and deployment projects
  • Certification in one or more of the following: Software Development, Automation and Orchestration, AIOps, or an equivalent discipline
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, development methodologies, and automation frameworks
  • Experience in developing scalable, efficient, and secure software systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
