The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full lifecycle software development and a proven ability to deliver successful deployments in complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of software for automation and orchestration platform
- Analyze user needs and build software solutions to improve system performance and business outcomes
- Create and modify general applications and specialized utility programs
- Customize software solutions for specific client use cases and environments
- Support database integration and development within application ecosystems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of AIOps capabilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed
- Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture and security requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience as a lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) in software development
- Demonstrated track record of successful software development and deployment projects
- Certification in one or more of the following: Software Development, Automation and Orchestration, AIOps, or an equivalent discipline
- Strong understanding of application architecture, development methodologies, and automation frameworks
- Experience in developing scalable, efficient, and secure software systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
