Job Summary:
The Acquisition Consultant / Management Analyst will support the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) Program within a DoD environment. This role is responsible for overseeing program performance, ensuring compliance with acquisition regulations, and providing data-driven insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, expertise in DoD acquisition processes, and experience training and supporting COR personnel while enhancing program effectiveness and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise on DoD COR Program requirements, policies, and objectives, including training CORs on roles and responsibilities.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and analyze COR program performance against defined goals and compliance standards.
  • Conduct program planning, evaluation, and analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze program data, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and recommendations on COR program status and performance.
  • Support planning and review of key elements of the DHA COR Program.
  • Apply program management principles and methodologies to ensure effective project execution.
  • Manage and execute complex project assignments involving cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized COR repository including guides, templates, and instructional materials.
  • Ensure COR personnel maintain compliance with regulatory, training, and reporting requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate information dissemination.

Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • Must possess an active public trust clearance
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in monitoring COR programs and performing detailed program analysis against defined objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of DoD COR Program requirements and processes
  • Experience with program analysis, evaluation, and reporting
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional program activities
  • Familiarity with the Integrative Acquisition Environment (IAE) and DoD acquisition systems.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Federal and DoD acquisition procedures
  • Experience supporting DHA or similar federal acquisition programs
  • Background in compliance tracking and program governance
