Job Summary:
The Program Manager (PM) will serve as the overall lead and single point of accountability for Task Order (TO) execution in support of a high‑visibility Government program. The PM will act as the primary interface between the contractor and Government stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination, governance, and delivery across multiple teams and locations. This role requires strong leadership, program governance expertise, and the ability to manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk in a complex, enterprise‑scale environment.

Job Summary:
The Program Manager (PM) will serve as the overall lead and single point of accountability for Task Order (TO) execution in support of a high‑visibility Government program. The PM will act as the primary interface between the contractor and Government stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination, governance, and delivery across multiple teams and locations. This role requires strong leadership, program governance expertise, and the ability to manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk in a complex, enterprise‑scale environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single accountable manager for overall Task Order performance
- Act as the primary liaison with the AAS Defense Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), CDAO Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), and other Government stakeholders
- Lead, manage, and coordinate cross‑functional contractor teams operating across multiple locations
- Ensure disciplined execution of approved plans, schedules, and governance processes
- Provide regular program status briefings to senior Government leadership
- Maintain visibility into cost, schedule, performance, and risk, and support informed decision‑making
- Ensure timely communication, issue identification, escalation, and resolution
- Provide on‑demand support and reporting during CDAO core hours
Skills Required:
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of recent program or contract management experience of comparable scope and complexity
- Program and task‑order management for large, complex Government programs
- Strong leadership and team coordination across distributed and cross‑functional teams
- Experience with Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall program management methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including senior Government leadership
- Proven ability to manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk
- Excellent reporting, briefing, and governance support capabilities
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, management, engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline
- Project/Program Management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, or an equivalent recognized credential).
- Experience supporting enterprise architecture and governance in federated or matrixed environments
- Familiarity with governance for cloud platforms, data environments, cybersecurity, or digital modernization initiatives
- Experience working within the Federal Government or Department of Defense (DoD)
- Demonstrated success leading engagements involving multiple contractors, organizations, and mission partners
