Job Summary:
This role involves leading project teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions that enhance the agency's mission of providing efficient services. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with the client's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with Federal Government objectives and compliance with established standards. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and UX/IX designers, to gather requirements and ensure project success. 
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges throughout the project lifecycle. 
  • Track project progress against defined metrics and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. 
  • Implement best practices for project management and continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

Skills/qualifications required:
  • Candidate must be willing to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
  • 10+ years of experience in Agile software development project management
  • Successful management of project tasks and coordination of employees in various labor categories and with various skills in projects of similar size and scope as the one identified in this PWS.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing, coordinating, and facilitating a team’s efforts effectively and efficiently in a Time and Material/Labor Hour and Firm-Fixed-Price contracted environment within a Federal agency of similar or greater size than GSA.
  • Sufficient experience to be conversant in and have a working knowledge of each of the objectives of the PWS. The PM’s experience must demonstrate that he or she can understand all aspects of the work, with the ability to direct the staff to perform successfully.
  • Industry certifications that compliment work experience and support Contract/Task Order performance; examples include PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, DevOps Certified Agile Service Manager, or other equivalent certifications.
  • An appropriate security clearance as prescribed in “Security Requirements” within this PWS.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $150,000.
