Job Summary:
The Senior Program Manager will lead the development of detailed monthly status reports and manage contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards. This role involves reviewing project deliverables, overseeing contractor task integration, tracking performance, and serving as the primary contact for contractor leave and performance issues. 


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed monthly status reports.
  • Manage contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Review project deliverables from contractors.
  • Oversee the integration of contractor tasks.
  • Track and review contractor deliverables.
  • Monitor contractor performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor leave and performance.

Skills/Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in program management or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project or Asana for planning and tracking projects.
  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, or similar software for reporting and analyzing project data.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Skills in managing project budgets and financial resources effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage conflicts, and inspire team members toward achieving project goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills to address challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Target salary range: $140,001 - $170,000.
