Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed monthly status reports.
- Manage contractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Review project deliverables from contractors.
- Oversee the integration of contractor tasks.
- Track and review contractor deliverables.
- Monitor contractor performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor leave and performance.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in program management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project or Asana for planning and tracking projects.
- Experience with Excel, Tableau, or similar software for reporting and analyzing project data.
- Ability to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Skills in managing project budgets and financial resources effectively.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage conflicts, and inspire team members toward achieving project goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills to address challenges that arise during project execution.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
