Responsibilities
  • Design and implement complex service design systems across multiple touchpoints, connecting user needs to customer’s procurement systems requirement.
  • Conduct and synthesize user research data to generate meaningful insights, identify behavioral patterns, and optimize user flows.
  • Develop user flows, customer journeys, system maps, and service specifications to enhance the user experience across digital platforms.
  • Create and evaluate low-fidelity prototypes to validate ideas before implementation and collaborate with technical teams for input.
  • Partner with visual designers to enhance design quality, improve user experience, and ensure a cohesive final product.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sprints, bringing relevant stakeholders together to align on user goals and establish common objectives.
  • Collaborate with design leads, product owners, and leadership to align on product strategy and the development roadmap.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in service design, user experience design, or related fields, with a strong background in designing complex, multi-touchpoint service systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in service design, business design, or a related design discipline.
  • 7+ years of combined experience in service design, customer experience (CX), and user experience (UX).
  • Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative user analysis techniques, including web analytics to assess user behaviors and optimize experiences.
  • Expertise in user-centered design processes, journey mapping, service ideation, and specification.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different audiences, with skills in storytelling and public speaking for presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in structuring and visualizing journey maps, service ideation, concept communication, and specification, as well as visual and interaction design.
  • Familiarity with agile approaches and techniques, and ability to facilitate design sprints and collaborative workshops.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an understanding of technology's impact on design deliverables.
  • Prior portfolio demonstrating design solutions, strategic approaches, and impactful service design projects.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $140,000
